However, in a series of flashbacks, we see that <em>Finch<\/em> <em>alone<\/em> decided that individual targets would be ignored &#8211; the government had no say in the matter. [shakes fist] Oooh, that government!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>01:15 Reese hides the Root research files on the computer screen by pulling on a nearby PTZ (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pan\u2013tilt\u2013zoom_camera\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pan\u2013tilt\u2013zoom_camera\">pan-tilt-zoom<\/a>) camera control joystick (a Pelco KBD300A &#8211; basically the CCTV version of a NES Advantage). Then, less than a week later, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IOS_11#Wi-Fi_and_Bluetooth_Control_Center_toggles\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/IOS_11#Wi-Fi_and_Bluetooth_Control_Center_toggles\">iOS 11 was released and changed the controls<\/a> such that the wifi and bluetooth toggles stopped turning off those features, instead just temporarily restricting them.
