According to Reuters the Pentagon is spamming Iraqis urging them not follow orders to use chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons.
Sigh. So based on what we know about typical unsolicited email response rates: for every ten thousand key Iraqis mailed one won’t follow orders, 9999 will go ahead and use said weapons against US troops anyway.
